The mechanism of Japanese Pulse Technology

Stage 1 -@The sulfation is resolved into Pb and SO4
This system outputs the weak pulse signal (10,000Hz) into the battery every micro-second. The corona phenomenon occurs on the surface of the sulfation and the sulfation is resolved into Pb (lead) and SO4 (sulfric acid) gradually. This pulse signal is very weak, so this is a safety system for the lead battery.
Explanation : When the thunder bolt strikes the trees or houses, they are destroyed. Japanese system is similar to the thunder phenomenon on the element plates. If the pulse signal is too strong, the element plates are dameged. On the other hand, if the pulse signal is too weak, it does not work well. Japanese system is an only one technology which never attack the element plates.

Stage 2@-@The Sulfation melts down
The sulfation is resolved into Pb and SO4. Then Pb and SO4 ion melt down into the battery liquid. They never deposit at the bottom of the battery.
The conventional pulse system vibrates the elements plates, so it dameged the element plates and the battery liquid gets muddy.

Stage 3@-@The battery revives when charged
When the battery is charged, Pb ion goes back to the element plates and SO4 ion melts down into the battery liquid. After that, the density of the battery liquid and maximum voltage go up gradually. Finally the battery performance goes up and recovers as a new.

Final Stage@-@Unti-aging
The element plates always keep new, so finally the battery life can be prolonged.
The high quality lead battery has almost 10 years lifetime physically. Therefore, the battery can work until the lifetime of the element plates.

Caution ! : The battery should be charged and discharged repeatedly in order to revive the element plates. While the battery is discharging, this system works to prevent the sulfation.


History of the Pulse Technology

The conventional pulse system electrifies the strong pulse signal into the battery and vibrates the element plates. This system removes the sulfation from the element plates compulsorily.
  1. Risky for the element plates.
  2. The lumps of sulfation deposit at the bottom of the battery.
  3. It needs too much electricity.
  4. When the battery is charged, the unit works.

How long does it need to revive the battery ?
It depends on the battery size and the using term.

If the battery is charged and discharged every day, the battery performance goes up like above.
While the battery is discharging, the desulfator prevents the element plates from sulfating.


After the battery has revived, can I take the desulfator out ?
If the desulfator is taken out, the sulfation will attach on the element plates again gradually. The desulfator should be installed all the year in order to prolong the battery life.
Caution : Please check the level of the battery liquid periodically.


How much electricity does the desulfator consume?
"Nanopulser PG-12S and PG-12N" consume 0.04A (ampere).
It's a tiny electricity. Many vehicles are controled by a car computer which also consumes a tiny electricity while the engine stops. However, it does not matter.
Recommendation : The engine should be started at least every 2 to 3 weeks in order to keep good condition for the engine and the battery.


How can I check the density of the battery liquid?
Use "Density tester" or "Battery analyzer".

The floater has three zones which are
green, yellow and red. If the surface of the liquid is located in green zone, the battery condition is good. The good condition shows over 1.26.
